Troubleshooting a Forgotten Password
Occasionally we all forget our passwords, whether to our online banking, our email account or even the computer itself.
Should you forget the password to your computer, we can recover or reset your Windows password within one hour. If your computer happens to have a BIOS password set which you have forgotten, we can often reset these as well. Resetting a BIOS password is a little more tricky than resetting your Windows password, this can occasionally require your BIOS chip to be flashed.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to help reset your online banking or email as we have no control over their security measures. We would suggest looking for the ‘Password reset’ link or contacting the service provider.
